Cold Brew is the preparation of an innovative and original caffeinated beverage: Cold Brew. Unlike frappé coffee, cold brew is infused at room temperature, making it smoother and more aromatic.
It's the ideal drink for the energy boost needed for sports, parties or travel.
For this recipe, we selected our washed Ethiopian coffee from the Gugi region, using a washed drying process. On the palate, the coffee is smooth, with chocolatey notes and a beautiful balance of flavors.
Roasted in our workshop, the coffee is then sent to Dolia Café, a specialty coffee brewery based in the Drôme region, which you often find with us at our annual events.
