Precise and measured roasting for specialty coffee

LePerco doesn't work with ordinary coffees but exclusively offers specialty coffee. In contrast to supermarket coffees, also called "convenience" coffees, specialty coffees offer superior quality, rated out of 100 by professionals.
From a score of 80/100, coffee can be considered "specialty": it has few (if any) defects and will offer an appreciable complexity of taste when tasting.

Committed to preserving the quality of raw materials, LePerco pays meticulous attention to roasting. There's no question of simply burning the coffee! Here, everything is precise, from the roasting time to the temperature; the roasting process is meticulously controlled, tailored to each coffee according to its unique profile.
